Comment : I love swallows, they are one of my favourite birds and I will happily spend hours watching them. This year though I wanted to take that fascination a bit further, and have begun to study them with a view to capturing their dynamism on paper. This is the second of a series of studies I am creating this summer.
This is a miniature artwork and framed measures 11.2 x11.2cm
I have recently exhibited artwork at the Mall Galleries in London (2018, 2019) for the Royal Miniature Society exhibition, and this year (2020) had a silver sculpture accepted into the exhibition for the Society of Botanical Artists exhibition which will be held online this year at soc-botanic-artists.org
I am a member of the High Peak Artists Association and sell silver handmade jewellery and engraved prints at the Gallery in the Gardens (Pavilion Gardens) Buxton as well as at my website: Spa Jewellery and Art (spajewellery.com)
